Student Rush
Policy
At noon on the day of a
Strand-Capitol performance,
Rush tickets for
that evening’s show may be available to full-time students
(25 years old
or younger) with proper validations (see below) on a first
come, first
served basis.
• To
determine availability of
Rush tickets, call the Box Office at 717-846-1111 or stop
by
50 N.
George Street after noon on the day of the performance.
• All Rush tickets are $20 CASH ONLY. Credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks will not be accepted.
• Rush tickets may be
purchased
only at the Strand-Capitol Ticket Center, 50 N. George
Street, in
person. Rush tickets are not available for purchase online
or via phone
• Proof of full-time student status and age are required to purchase Rush tickets. Either a current high school ID or a full-time college ID and a driver’s license are required. Rush tickets are available ONLY to full-time students 25 years old or younger. |

Box Office hours: Two hours prior to live performances. The Strand lobby opens 1 1/2 hours before performances. Bar and concession services available. Auditorium opens 30 minutes prior to performance or at discretion of Strand-Capitol House Manager. |
| Services Assisted listening systems for the Strand Theatre are available at Ovations in the first floor lobby. ADA compliant seating is also available. Sign language interpretation may be available when requested at least two weeks in advance. Please notify Box Office of needs when purchasing tickets. |

Policies
– Refunds and exchanges cheerfully granted upon request.– Same seating cannot be guaranteed for every show. Late seating is strictly at the discretion of house management. – We love children, but we must request that those age three and under remain at home for your total, focused enjoyment and for the consideration of others. – Your cooperation in silencing all electronic devices before the performance begins, out of respect for the performers and neighboring patrons, is greatly appreciated. – Unauthorized photography and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited unless a public announcement is made to the contrary. Otherwise, confiscation of equipment and penalties for copyright infringement may be enforced. |
